Are you doing anything to break routine? Almost 90% of things we do during the day are part of a set of activities we just repeat every day.
The real question is, are we simply lazy or we do we really prefer routine?
Perhaps the problem is deeper, we humans have an inherent need to fight change. We will do everything we can to NOT let change happen. I think we all can take baby steps to get over this short-coming. How about doing something different each day that was not a part of your daily routine?
